We have been involved with many specialist flooring projects over the years, from castles and public buildings, to under stairs loos… using tiles made by us or tiles mass-produced by someone else, mosaic, glass, stone, slate, and combinations of all the above. The manufacture of a bespoke, properly detailed, medieval tiled floor, with specific motifs, styles, glazes et cetera, is an involved complex process and could take many months to complete. Creating a Victorian or contemporary floor layout, using mass-produced tiles, is a much more immediate process.
